Charles Kaffie III has lived in Corpus Christi, Texas all his life and has been working in the
ranch real estate market for several years. He grew up working on his family's ranches in Jim Hogg and Jim Wells Counties.
Charles is a Certified Chef with a degree from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. From there,
he went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from A&M - Kingsville with a degree in General Business. His true
passion is being involved in all aspects of Texas ranches, expecially the mystique of its wildlife. Charles is
a licensed real estate agent since 2007 and is involved in a number of ranch and residential sales. Besides being
an annuity broker, he currently manages his family's ranches, supervising their cattle and hunting endeavors. Charles
brings a new generation of ranching and wildlife supervision to the industy's changing climate.
Having lived from Brownsville to Dallas and points in-between,
Brad Mullen knows Texas. This proud, life long Texan now lives and offices in Concan on the Frio River
with his wife Beverly Tucker, a beautiful native of Corpus Christi. Over the years Brad has amassed business experiences
that uniquely qualify him as your Realtor in ways few other can boast. His background in commercial properties and ranches
yeilds over 25 years of knowlege dating back to 1983. Two of Brad's past prominent real estate development companies,
with offices located in San Antonio, Dallas, and Sacramento, developed business parks, commercial buildings, trucking company
terminals, and retail establishments.
Brad's understanding of the inner workings of business and finance has
been honed through a lifetime of experience. He has owned over a dozen retail, wholesale, service and manufacturing
companies, a car dealership, a consulting firm, and has bought and sold land in both rural and urban areas. His excellent
negotiating and communication skills have garnered Brad a reputation of expertise and integrity in business circles.
